OUR PROCESS
A clearer path
to coming home.
Every project has its own details. These are the conversations and stages that help turn an idea into a home, with a direct relationship between you and your builder.

Know what comes next.
The exact sequence and timing will depend on your project, approvals and documentation. We’ll talk about your circumstances, so the way forward is based on your home.
The first conversation
Start with your life, your ideas and your property.
Tell Andrew what you’re considering and where you are in the process. You might have detailed plans, or you might simply know that your current home no longer fits. Both are a useful place to begin.
Bring any plans you have, the property location and the questions on your mind.
Understanding the project
Make the important decisions clearer.
The site, the proposed design and the scope of work need to be considered together. Early discussions can help identify the information still needed, the priorities to resolve and the practical matters that will shape the build.
Talk through priorities, budget expectations, documentation and the professionals already involved.
Getting ready to build
A clear scope makes a stronger starting point.
Before construction, the drawings, selections and agreed scope need to align. The contract, approvals and arrangements for the site are part of preparing the project for work to begin.
Use this stage to understand inclusions, exclusions, timing and how changes will be handled.
Bringing it together
From the structure to the smallest finish.
Construction turns the plans into spaces you can walk through. Andrew stays close to the work on site, with a direct point of contact as the structure, services and interior details come together.
Keep decisions and any agreed changes clear as your home takes shape.
Making it home
The final details matter, too.
Completion is the time to walk through the finished work, understand the home’s fittings and discuss any items that need attention. Handover brings together the practical information you need for the next chapter.
Ask about care instructions, relevant documents and who to contact after handover.
GOOD QUESTIONS TO ASK
Clarity from
the beginning.
Who will I be dealing with?
Andrew Mitrevski leads AJM and oversees the building work. You will have a clear point of contact and regular conversations as your project progresses.
Can I ask questions before I have plans?
Yes. An initial conversation can begin with your property and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Will every project follow the same timeline?
No. Scope, site conditions, documentation and approvals all affect timing. Ask Andrew about the steps that apply to your project.
What happens if I want to change something?
Discuss a proposed change with Andrew before it proceeds, including its effect on scope, cost and timing. The arrangements for changes should be clear in your project documentation.
