I started AJM because I wanted to build homes the right way, with a direct connection between the people building a home and the people who will live in it.
When you work with us, I stay closely involved on site, keeping standards high and the conversations clear. From the early decisions to the finishing details, my focus is on making the process feel honest, personal and well managed.

Our 18 completed projects include Noga Avenue, Nyah Street and Knoll Street in Keilor East. Each offers a different expression of residential living, from a custom family home to two individual residences on one block.
